We at CConnection, are confident of the products we sell. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any of the products you have purchased you can return the purchases within 14 days and get your purchase price back, no questions asked. We only require that the product be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Must not have been used. We will also need your receipt. It's easy to return a product. Please contact us, simply by calling 0410 997 302 (in Australia) or emailing lisabragg2@gmail.com  and please be sure to carefully package returned goods sent back to us in the post.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order to C Connection, please contact us immediately on 0410 997 302 (in Australia) or email lisabragg2@gmail.com At CConnection we process orders quickly, so please contact customer service as soon as possible if you want to make changes. Please note that once an order has left our shop, it cannot be cancelled, however you can return it if you wish.

If your purchase was damaged when you received it, we'll send you an undamaged one freight free ( one of items will replaced by a similar item). You will need to return the damaged product to us so that we can assess it.
